What we build for you

Apps Apple approves. We take an iOS app from first build to the App Store: TestFlight, the privacy manifest and labels, review notes and a demo account that works, and the fix when Apple says no. LighRent: held by App Review over Apple Pay, resubmitted and approved the same day.

AI receptionists. Answers on WhatsApp or the phone when you cannot. Checks your diary, books the appointment, and hands anything urgent or sensitive to a person. Kensington Cosmetic Clinic: Naomi books patients out of hours.

AI agents. Support that knows your product, in chat and by voice. It opens the right page, explains the next step and never invents a policy you do not have. LighRent's Bea and the Ya Salam concierge, both live.

Sites Google can read. Pages rendered as real HTML, sitemaps submitted, structured data for every FAQ and article, and Search Console checked after every launch. LighRent's blog now serves Google a full page, not an empty app shell.

A clinic operating system: booking, patient records, reminders, and an AI receptionist that keeps answering after the doors close. • Ya Salam Dubai (iOS app · luxury membership, iOS app in App Review): A live marketplace for the parts of Dubai you cannot book yourself. Venues, tables, yachts and cars, priced and bookable tonight. Built: Membership tiers, suppliers and an admin console; Bookings with deposits, paid through Stripe; Identity checks with a spoken-phrase liveness test; A concierge that answers in writing and by voice, with Arabic legal pages.

• TORTI Massimiliano (Fragrance house · preview, Private app · preview): Five worlds of scent, four tiers, by appointment in Soho. The app behind it is private, so this is a look at the front of it only. Built: The layering journey told as the site itself; Appointment booking by tier; Waiting list and member access; Private app behind the scenes.

What goes in behind the front

Booking and availability, payments and deposits, client accounts, membership tiers, an admin panel, clients and follow-up, quotes and invoicing, blog and SEO, an AI assistant or voice line, and an iOS app. All of it is already built and running on live products, which is why it goes up in weeks rather than being invented from scratch each time.

Send a brief through the site and it comes back with a reference number, what we would build and what it takes, usually the same day. You can pick a slot for a call back at the end of it, which puts a 15 minute call straight in both diaries.

Questions

Can you get my app approved on the App Store?

We prepare everything Apple checks: the privacy manifest and App Privacy answers, a demo account with real data on it, clear review notes and screenshots for every device size. If Apple holds or rejects the build, we find the cause and resubmit. Apple makes the final decision, but LighRent went from a hold to approval in a day.

What is an AI receptionist?

An assistant that answers your customers when you cannot, on WhatsApp, the phone or your website. It can check your diary and book an appointment, and it sends anything urgent or out of its depth to you.

Will the AI make things up?

It works from your own information and its rules are written in: no prices it has not been given, no medical or legal advice, no card details. When it does not know, it says so and hands over to a person.

WhatsApp, a phone line or a chat on my website?

Any of them, and they can share one brain. WhatsApp costs pennies a conversation. A phone number costs more per call, so most clinics start with WhatsApp and add a voice line later.

How long does a build take?

Weeks rather than months. Booking, payments, accounts, admin panels and the AI pieces already run on live products, so we fit them to you instead of inventing them again.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what it has to do. Send a brief through this page and it comes back, usually the same day, with a reference number, what we would build and what it takes.

Will people find my site on Google?

That is part of the build, not an extra. Every page is real HTML that Google can read, with its own title, description and structured data, a sitemap submitted to Search Console, and FAQs marked up so they can appear in results.

Do you take payments, deposits and Apple Pay?

Yes. Stripe card payments, Apple Pay, deposits held and released, subscriptions, invoices and payouts to suppliers, as on LighRent and Ya Salam Dubai.

Do you work in Dubai as well as London?

Yes. We build for the UK and the UAE, with dirham pricing, Arabic pages where they are needed, and privacy policies written for both UK GDPR and the UAE data protection law.

What happens after launch?

We keep running it. Updates, new App Store builds, fixes and the next feature, on the same system, so it does not stall the day it goes live.

Can I see the work for real?

Yes. Every project on this page opens the live site, and LighRent opens in the App Store. Nothing here is a mock-up.

Did LighRent get through Apple's App Review?

Yes. It is live on the App Store. Its latest update was held once because Apple's reviewer could not find the Apple Pay button. We set up a demo booking that leads straight to it, rewrote the review notes and resubmitted, and it was approved the same day, 6 October 2026.

What does the AI agent on LighRent do?

Bea answers renters and suppliers in chat and on a voice call, any time of day. She knows the help centre, can open the right page for you, and passes anything she cannot settle to a person.

What does the clinic's AI receptionist actually do?

Naomi answers patients on WhatsApp when the clinic is closed. She answers questions about treatments, checks the diary and books the appointment, and sends anything urgent straight to the surgeon.

What will the clinic's receptionist never do?

Her rules are written into her: never give medical advice or judge whether a treatment suits someone, never take card or payment details, and never invent a clinic detail she has not been given. Bleeding, severe pain, signs of infection or anyone distressed goes straight to the clinic.

Is Ya Salam Dubai built for the UAE?

Yes. It is priced in dirhams, its privacy policy follows the UAE data protection law as well as UK GDPR, and its privacy, terms and refund pages are published in Arabic.

How does Ya Salam check that a member is real?

An ID document and a selfie, reviewed by a person, plus a short phrase read aloud on camera that only a live person can answer. The images are deleted on a fixed timetable once the check is done.
